at the time there was no such thing as a "small" enclosure sub. Isobaric setyups were all the rage . Then along comes kicker with the solo's . The first actual small enclosure sub . I remember our kicker rep bringing in a demo enclosure made of plexi . It looked just like a little minature pool table with a sub in it . They were marketed toward people who were looking for a lot of bass out of a single sub setup with very limited space. If I remember correctly, they had double thickness cones and needed roughly twice the power of other Kicker subs of that time.
