Solo x?

What are they like, I know that they are stright up spl subs,but what about a dialy sub?My friend has a burban he is lookin in to have a strong spl sub but doesnt have the power,Would an Orion 2500d do the trick at 1 ohm, or would he have to go down to .5 oh ms to run it a rms.Or would he better off with like 2 12" or 15" L7's?Is there a speaker that is in the same price range that will produce the same spl?

well here is the main reason I am askin is if he gets the solo x,would he be louder than the set up I plan on doin 2 15" L7.With a Orion 2500d in ten cubes?

if he sticks with one amp, you'll be louder for sure, if he get's two or more, he will need a major electrical upgrade as well, then he will..
