**** i didnt think i need that when i have a diploma and going on my second year in college but its all good man i got better things to do than to sit here and go back and forth over the internet i'm here for car audio like i thought everybody was

i was just asking a question homeboy i just ask which speaker and amp setup would sound better thats all playa and i can type very good english and speak very good english as well so watch who u talking to i aint come here for that i came here to ask a question cause everybody say the people on ca.com know their stuff but thats all i needed to know, thanks for the people who helpedme out
The bolded portion, combined with the rest of your posts, is a bit of a paradox. I'm not trying to be a dick, but posts containing no capitalization, no punctuation, and copious slang, don't show much of your advanced literacy. (Sorry, I'm an English major. I'm a tad picky about this type of thing.)

I actually agree with Platestacker45. Crap!! Now I'm all depressed.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/*******.gif.a649d21efc0d1fd4890a6428166586c1.gif

I just thank god you weren't trying to "axe us a question." I don't know how to knife you an answer over the internet.

However, I'll try to actually help you out. Personally, I'd go with the BTLs, because you'd save about $100 per driver over the SoloXs (This is comparing the price of a stock BTL to that of a SoloX from an authorized internet dealer: sonicelectronix.com). This would pay for one of the HO alternators you'd need to run all of those amps. Plus, if you ever have problems, you'd be dealing directly with the manufacturer instead of going through an internet dealer for the warranty. Now remember that you're going to need a lot of space for this setup. You'll probably have to tear out the back seat to get enough volume. You'll also want a pair of HO alternators, a handful of big, deep-cycle batteries, and tons of 0 gauge wire. And with all the extra weight, you're going to want to upgrade the suspension since this will be a daily driver. In all honesty, I don't think you realize just how much work this set up will be if you want to do it right.

My suggestion is to just go with a single loaded BTL 15, and an amp that will do around 3500w RMS. Put it in a correctly designed ported enclosure, and it will wang harder than you will ever need it to in a daily driver. You'll still need an HO alternator and a pair of big deep-cycle batteries, but you won't need to rip out the rear seats, build a wall, upgrade the suspension, etc. Save yourself a lot of work and money. The setup you orignally envisioned is for competion, not daily use.
