i got a quick question to ask. i was thinking of purchasing a used dual 2 ohm 18 solo x and was wondering if i would be able to wire two kicker kx1200.1 which both are 1 ohm amps.is there any loss of wattage output if i were to wire them each to a voicecoil or could i just strap them together . thanks for the help

in order to strap the kx1200.1s you need the strapping equipment from kicker. but the more power you can give it, the better cuz those things are a beast and need alot to get moving.

2400 for an 18 dont those things handle 10,000 watts.

You mean the 1/8 mono cable that comes with the amps?
