Solo x 12" outside diameter

Can someone please tell me what a solo x 12's outside diameter is exactly? I have a tight fit for a build and need to see if it'll fit.

it's gonna be between 12.75" and 13" ..... the cutout is 11.25", add about 3/4" to each side for the mounting flange= 12.75" - 13".

I know its not exact but its VERY close
