I'm wary of these, I had a bad experience with an A4. Then again, I had a good experience with the same A4. Funny how that works - an eight-thousand dollar car with three thousand dollars worth of problems.

I'm gonna try and stay out of this as best I can. When I was looking at some of these cars it was mainly only due to the fact you could find them in a stick unlike domestic vehicles. But out what what you have listed I would I would honestly go for another TC. Can't believe I am saying that lol, but I would never want to see an auto WRX, or Evo and I just can't handle the look of those VW hatches, Jettas maybe, or previous gen's but not those newer ones.

Of all the jap cars I've always like Mazda's what about a Altima or something pretty small car but you could fit a decent amount of people in it too and actually be reasonably comfortable. Suburu Legacy sounded like a pretty good suggestion a ways back as well.

These are commuter cars, man.

The VW's DSG gained it big points. I drove a Tip jetta, and thought it sucked - I wasn't aware that the GTI are different.

oh for sure. thats the exact reason I'm trying to get rid of it. I haven't driven it for a single day without having problems and I've had it for 3 months.

Definitely my last dsm.
