There is a random factor built in where they cannot stop play in the middle of a run. It has to be called when play is relatively dead, or slowed (if that makes sense). In other words, they are not going to call time when a striker is 20 feet from scoring a goal. Its supposed to be determined by play stoppage throughout the half but most of the time it seems pretty random to me.
Exactly. The clock does not stop on the TV for anything but half time. The time absorbed by injuries, penalties, substitutions, etc. are all tracked on the field by the lead referee.gotcha, around the 70-something minute a player was down for I think France and they clock kept going, as the trainers etc were on the field, that struck me as odd, but i bet they probably just added that time to the extended time.
u guys shud warn before posting score.doesnt matter italy won 2-0 ****ing lucky goal off henry..bullshit redcard..

Oh snaps. To hell with the French, if it wasn't for us those hairy stinkbags would be speaking Kraut.
As for Euro 2008, go Portugal.
PS: Henry is the most overrated piece of shit in any UEFA related league.
yeah Portugal is the only compatible opponent.Agreed. Kuyt is amazing, that team is loaded. Portugal is about the only other to have a chance IMO.
