If i only did 2 of the big three, Those 2 being grounding battery to chassis and chassis to engine block. Would it make a difference or do i have to go ahead and do the alternator to positive battery. Im asking cause its a super pain to get to the alternator on my focus.

u still need more power from your alt. matter of fact only doing those 2 probably won't do you any good without the last part of the big 3 unless you had a faulty ground to begin with

ahhhhhhhh, **** well ford focus alternators are deep in the engine, and i didnt really wanna mess with it. I guess i could try, its only like one bolt. Anyone know how to fuse that wire?

That's the most important wire. Can't skip it. If anything, you could skip the other two more so than that one.

connect one end of the wire to battery positive, the other end to the alternator positive. you have 25 seconds to spare.

I installed a circuit breaker on my alternator wire but I also installed a 175 amp alternator compared to the 80 amp stock alternator.
