Its not different. Equal rights are equal rights. Doesnt matter if your black, puerto rican, mexican, or a woman. If you want equal rights do equal work, pay equal taxes, get the same punishments for crimes, etc. Its that simple. Its the only way anyone will ever have equal rights.
