So these 2 teenagers tried to break into my house last night.

Actually this morning around 3:00am, i was woke from my sleep by the sound of voices outside my bedroom window. I have a window unit a/c and all of a sudden, i was still trying to decide if i really heard voices or not, the little slider things on the sides of window a/c's slid open and there was someone trying to get the unit out of the window. So i jumped up, ran to the closet, grabbed my Mossberg 500, shorty with the pistol grip, run out the front door and around back. I see two young black teenagers still trying to figure out how to get the a/c out. My neighbors dog is barking like a madman (full grown boxer). So i let them here the sound of a 2 1/2" shell being chambered and they both just froze and put their hands up. My wife was on the phone with the sheriff, so i made them lay in the mud that my kids made from their playing in the sprinkler earlier. Then the sheriff showed up and arrested them. Turns out one of them had a loaded POS Hi-Point 9mm. Both juvies so they'll be on the street in a week. I thought about grabbing my camera and pwning their *** for all the intrawebzzzz to see. Oh qwell \

yeah we moved into a real nice neighborhood because where we used to live was kinda ghetto and someone kicked the back door open while i was working nights and my wife and kids were home...i bought her a .357 S&W revolver just for these situations and she took a shot at one of them from the top of the stairs but missed. i thought a nicer area would help ....time to buy that english mastiff i've been wanting.

now that i think about it anyone with a gun scares me... unless i grab an SKS or or 12 gauge.
