So somebody hit me...

Sorry Man that sucks but you really shoul always get out and snap a few pics as soon as the accident happened Just to protect your self but sounds like your going to have to fight it in court and hope a judge can catch the others in a lie and side with you

that is your fault, u should've turned in to the one on the right...
well i did for like a sec, turned my left signal on and kept driving on left lane then out of nowhere the truck speeds out like manic and hits me. i tried to avoid him, but it was too late.

oh nvm then, i would suggest looking at ur driver's manual to see how long u have to be in the lane before you can change lanes...

you definately have to fight this..if I understand correctly you were in a driving lane which gives you the right of way and the other vehicle pulled out from a stationary position(parking spot, exiting a lot) into your lane causing the accident. the vehicle in the driving lane always has right of way.the vehicle attempting to get into the driving lane must make sure that the road is clear before proceeding to pull into the driving lane. I speak from previous eperience with my wife being involved in 2 accidents. the first she was driving down the street- a car pulled out of a parking spot right into lane of traffic-100 other vehicles fault. second accident wife was at a stop sign car was in the intersection waiting to make left turn into the street wife was waiting on. wife proceeded to drive after stopping. another vehicle went around the stopped vehicle waiting to make left. t-boning wifes car. again 3rd vehicle was completely at fault becasue he went around stopped vehicle- drove in a parking lane causing accident ...needles to say we( wife got some $$$$$)

1) Insurance Adjuster's are not able to determine whom is at fault. The party at fault is whichever party is listed on the report as the at fault party, period, no one else can determine this info.

2) Cops know DICK about repair cost, they pull the most absurd numbers out of their ***** on police reports.

3) Retards higher lawyers for cases such as this, so...

this was obviously your fault or you failed to provide sufficient enough information...I'm confused as to how there is a police officer involved, with no report and you say an Insurance Rep or whatever you called them determined liability...I've been in the Insurance business for 10+ years, in all facets across many states and this aint jiving...

If he drove 50-80 feet before the person hit them, I don't see how he could lose if he took it to court. Just say you were in the right lane, signaled to get in the left lane, and bam.

i dont know how this could be your fault. even if you turned into the left lane, you were still driving in it for 50-80ft( if your telling the truth about that) meaning you have the right of way. shes the dumb ***** who merged into/ hit you. her fault. this is why females shouldnt drive

When you merge into traffic, traffic still has the right of way. Depending on how you actually did get in the lane, you could both be at fault, but she is definitely at fault since she failed to yield.
