somebody hit my car last monday. it was their fault, but nobody bothered to stop and tell the police it was their fault. i have liability and their insurance company came to look at my car and concluded that it was my fault. we were both about to go north on a street. i turned right from a parking lot into the street and was on the left lane. i was already traveling for 3-5 seconds when a truck pulls out from the other side and hits me. she blames it on me saying i turned into her lane, i was like wtf...you werent even in the lane on the first place and failed to see me. police report doesn't say who's fault, but has my side of story and their side of the story.

their insurance came to look at my car and said it was my fault. my insurance has not done anything because when i called them, they said nobody seems to be handling my case....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif

so what do i do now? still waiting on my insurance to call me after they found out nobody was handling my case....the other insurance mailed me a letter stating it was my fault and they want my insurance to pay for it...

oh yea sorry, police did come...but they didnt do anything. they just wrote down what we said...

theres where its your fault your supposed to turn into the closest lane to you

cops didnt give me anything but a number to report to my insurance. no report or anything, i had to go get the report few days after...

hit my side door, driver's side. gas lid is completely messed up, need two ppl to fill gas. part of bumper is messed up as well

I was in an accident just like that, they said it was my fault but I didnt get a ticket. Sucks man.

Agreed. It is just to stir up litigation between the insurance companies. Tell your insurance company to sack up.

Yeah, if you just pulled into the left lane without going in the right lane first, its gonna be your fault. Hope they didn't get you on paper saying that.
