I just traded away my Idmax12 that i absolutley loved to death. But iw anted a tad more punch. The SQ was out of this world good. And The output was really loud but i wanted just a tippy tad more. I just went to install the rlp i traded it for.... to relize teh D2 ohm Idmax was hooked up in series. so it was at 4 ohms getting 400 watts instead of 1 ohm getting 1200 watts................. im guess this would of given me the extra output i needed...... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif thats a what 3 db gain?

Wtf am i supposed to do lol take it out and check. It was pounding like no tommrow and the SQ was out of this world. SO i fiqured thats what it was.

I almost did the same thing in a way. Bought new Infinity Kappa 462.7 cfp without looking at the ohm rating ssince most Infinty mids are 4 ohm. Got it in the mail to relize they were 2 ohm and wouldnt not work with my head unti without an amp
