Well my newly installed 5.25's have a problem. When I turn on my headlights or my wipers or when I pump my brakes or when im just sitting there with the car running my 5.25's get real nasty. Any ideas whats up? Could it be my rcas picking up interference when they are under the dash? Or possibly could it be becuase I am lazy and ran my speaker wires right next to my 0 ga. power?

Check your grounds to make sure they're clean, and move the speaker wire away from the power wire. It's unlikely that the speaker wire being so close to the power wire is causing interference, but if either set of wires are not well shielded, it can happen.

see i was thinking it was the speaker wire as well but if it were the speaker wires picking up interference from the power wire then why when the car is turned off do i get interference when i turn the head lights on?

yeah i would second that. i used to get that with my subs, but i moved it to a better ground and now its all better. also most definately move your speaker wires, i think that might contribute
