Ive decided im going to go with 2 Alpine SWR-1242D's and an Audioque 1200D amp.

Is this a lot better than 2 P3's and a 3500 watt boss audio amp?

How much better? 1-10?

Also..does anyone recommend a box? or should I build my own..it will be going into a 2004 Chevy Malibu

have someone on the forum design and build an enclosure for you...it will be way better than any other option

good just make sure build a ported box around 4 cubes to 32hz and it should get loud.

I would search craigslist and find a deal on the type rs if possible. if not they can be found for under 250 new for a pair
