i found out its cheaper to eat healthy food and not junk food.by not buying any processed food except juice i also lost 40 lbs and saved almost 300 dollars on food that can be put towards car audio at the end of this month. and this is just since the beginning of august.

Healthy food is not cheaper than junk food, unless you're just buying a hell of lot less food. Crappy junk food is dirt cheap.
Thats why people who live under the poverty line for the most part are obese. There is a reason there is a dollar menu at fast food restaurants. There is also a reason the wealthiest people in the world are also the healthiest.

then how in the world am i feeding my girlfriend my son and i for under 70 dollars a week and eating nothing but unprocessed fresh food. feeding them and i a "meal" a piece at the fast food places would cost about 15-17 dollars each time buying **** and making it at home would be comparable in price to buying fresh fruits and veg. but still might be more expensive.

depends on the healthy food. if your eating fruit and vegies then yes it is cheap. but if your actually trying to get healthy food to taste like its not healthy and is wholesome, it gets expensive.

Food prices are pretty reasonable up that way.

If you look at the price per pound, most junk food is 7$ or more per pound. I can get tenderloin for 6$ a pound in central Maine. Also most processed/junk food contains aspartame, MSG, and other excitotoxins that wreck havoc on your metabolism and many cause insatiable food craving. If I can't pronounce an ingredient on something I don't put it into my body.
