So I received my comps in the mail..

So I open up the package and immediately see a crack on one of the speakers..

Anyone know how bad that crack would effect the performace of the speaker?

Was that from the shipping handlers or the person you bought it from? Either way, I'd be talking to someone about that.

Did you buy it from a company or another member? If you got it from a company, send it back for a new one. If you got it from a member, file a claim.

I'm thinking the crack was already there? I don't think it was damaged during shipping, the box was packed up pretty good. I'm actually talking to a customer service rep right now..oh well, we'll see what happens
