lol...I'm only 20. I just rode with my friend to the liquor store one night and once my friend got in the car he sat the bottle on the passenger floorboard and the cops pulled us over later. I got a MIP and he got attributing to a minor or something...but we wound up getting it dropped. I guess they might target it more in a college town...

Yes

If there is an open container of alcohol in the vehilce...in florida...you can get a fine wether you where drinking or not...especially if you blow any sort of BA number.
