so i have been thinking of a new project to keep my idle hands busy and started looking into a home audio setup. i want to have a tower like setup but am not sure if i want to go surround. i just really want to upgrade the audio coming from my tv. the issue i am having right now is i do not know what receiver i should get.
i'm un sure if i will be running a sub or not ut most likely i will in the future after i rebuild a sub i have laying around. i do have an AA Atlas motor sitting around so i may try to get that reconed.
anyways. what i'm thinking of is using 4 of these Tang Bang 5" midbass drivers. i want to put 2 of them on each tower.(2 towers).

well i need some help in figuring out what i will use to run them, or what receiver.
another thing is how would i go about with seperating the frequencies between the mids and tweets? am i able to use some car audio passive crossovers?
i need some suggestions as i know little about HT setups.
i just want to build something simple and not use my tv speakers as they have pretty much no midbass. anyways i'm working with a 500-600 dollar budget so i don't want to go all out and buy the high end shit that everyone else loves. help me out some one. please??
