I would advise you to sue those trees for all they are worth

with the stuff that happens these days i wouldnt be surprised if he got away with sueing the trees. they would make his state pay some amount of money for having planted trees or some bullshit. the terms for sueing people these days are crazy.

I actually might be able to sue the City for havin' a 4ft deep divot w/o a Guard rail next to a really sharp turn. They ended up putting up a sign right there and they might put in a guard rail. If there was a guard rail there....I would still be drivin' my baby and my sound system would be okay!

But I dought I'll go that route....who knows.....

daaam, that sucks man....I know a girl that just got hit by a Fuel Tanker the other day.. Totalled her car. She was trying to avoid being hit, but she got hit into the oncoming traffic lane. She said she just held on to the wheel, closed her eyes and though it was over......as would I have. Thats like everyones accident nightmare.!!

I'm not gonna lie I stiffened up! I froze....and at one point my foot slipped and hit the accelerator! But half way through the crash when we the car was flipped onto it's side I reached for my g/f but the side hit pulled me back...I would've died if anything happened to her!
