I will never have gaps in my employment no matter what. After owning two legitimate businesses I go ahead and fill in the gaps with all kinds of employment.
Also, If you have friends that are in business for them selves then use them to fill in the gaps.

I have never really been fired but I have quit at least 20 sh1t jobs.

for some time now the policy has been... More work, less pay, less benefits, and less help from co-workers when it gets slammed.

Until things change a business will never have my loyalty.

lulz wasnt a delivery place, was a pizza buffet sorta deal,

I was unemployeed(no unemployement, had savings) for 2.5 years. Once I actually stated looking for work I got a job offer my 3rd interview. Did I wait to long? Fu ck yes, I'll never let that happen again. I was in a shi tty situation to say the least.

The gap didn't look good at all, most of the employers saw that and prob threw my app in the garbage. They assumed I was "raping the system", which one interviewer pretty much told me straight to my face. I wanted to slap the ***** outa her and slam my co ck her azz.

I was recently let go from my job as a valet attendant, was tired of being treated like a piece of **** by the boss and not getting paid, so i called to give my 2 weeks notice and when i told him why, he cut me off and told me not to even bother showing up, just turn in my uniform. Then he proceeded to take $300 of mine, he said he dropped me down to $8 an hour for the last two weekends i had already worked (I made $20/hr) for my little "stunt". Needless to say i was beyond pissed, but it was sort of an under table job, i never filled out an application or anything. Lesson learned, and luckily about 6 months before leaving that job i started work full time as a machinist so i am still employed.
