First time for me to happen.

the new gm was never a fan of me,

guy had to be a huge flamer. after dropping off a fellow worker since he couldnt drive, i wsited the extra fifteen minutes before my shift with my girl in the breakroom. Account walked in on me kissing her gooodbye, told gm. Bye bye me. Odd feeling ultimately, a relief.

Hated that pizza place anyways since new owner.

Anyone else get let go recently?

yep ,in june .was told my work wasn't up to par,as a flooring installer,funny thing is ,i'm a c-15 contractor for flooring.problem was ,i wouldn't do hack work and i told them that ,so bye bye to me.but now we are in a labor dispute and i'm taking this fvcker to the cleaners.

i got fired two days before christmas. slipped up and took my respirator off to tell a coworker something and soon as i did that the compliance director walked in. new policy states that respirators must be worn when doing the job they had me doing at that time. which blows cause it wasnt even my job to be doing they kinda pushed me there for the day. told me they rehire me in a month but with out benifits and i would lose my raises lol needless to stay i told them to shove it.

got fired and 3 hours later got a job working private security

also first tie ever getting fired ***** at first but then i was quite relieved

Su cks bro, but where one door closes another one opens. If you end up having to get unemployment don't get lazy cuz it's easier to get a new job right after you've left one. All these dumb fucks abusing the unemployment system have hugh gaps in their resumes and most don't have a good explanation for why they do. Just talk and network with other people and stay diligent and you'll end up in a better place than you were before
