+1, make butter
These make a tasty treat
* 1 cup softened butter
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
* 2 large eggs
* 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
* 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
* 3/4 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 18 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
3. In another bowl, mix together the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
5a. Also add in your special ingredients
6. With your fingers, place golf ball-sized dough portions 2-inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
7. Bake 9-10 minutes or just until edges are light brown.
I have never made it in to a butter. Would it not cook off the you know what in it? I always just grind it up really really fine can't taste it all.its quite the treat, you should try it. You gotta make it into butter though, just sticking it in the batter tastes like shit.

it actually extracts it, just gotta boil it and stuff right. I see someone posted on here a good way to do it though. Its alot better, not as strong of a taste.I have never made it in to a butter. Would it not cook off the you know what in it? I always just grind it up really really fine can't taste it all.
