Just about any phone offered with windows mobile or the newer blackberry's by ATT will offer that kind of email support.

iPhone is good for a general consumer that does not want to do much work to get all the features he is looking for. Windows Mobile (Windows Phone once the new versions come out I believe) is much more customizable, but not everybody is into all that //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif.

For a phone thats good to go out of the box, go with the iPhone or one of the blackberry phones.
