so before i tell you my story im just gonna let you know im prolly an idiot and broke my subs.. okay so i got a huge bonus joining the ANG. I wanted some over the top bass for my truck. i got 2 18" fi q's a zx2500 and 2 kinetik 2400's. i had the local audioshop build a box. its a sealed 11cu big. 7 months later on both subs a tinsel lead broke on each. one in the middle and the other at the cone. I emailed FI who knows how many times but they dont answer. everyone i talk to says my subs are done for? if so im thinking about getting some digital designs 9512s.

they answer thier emails gotta be persistent i know it seems like you shouldn't have to do that but remember even though fi sells a lot of woofers they are a small company that does thier own builds, recones, etc. sometimes they get busy enough that they miss some emails. all thier woofers can be reconed as far as i know. nick and scott bend over backwards to help out their customers, but just remember you aren't the only guy who owns a fi woofer.
