used in fully working condition it has been upgraded to the hv model so this means u can set gains on amps up to (40,000 Watts at 1ohm) vs standard that is 15000, watts 1 OHM.

note : hv (high voltage ) is simply the way smd is phrasing amplifiers above 15000 watts does not mean it is the operating range of the amp as in 16-18 volt amps , this unit will work on all amps from 12v -19v
