used. this was originally the normal version thus the blue sleeve , it went in for a bulleton service and was upgraded to the hv version. only main difference between the 2 versions the regular is capable of 125 vrms vs the upgrade can handle 200 vrms so with the upgrade u can set gains on amps up to 40,000 watts 1 ohm . item is fully working no issues and includes extra test tone cd and extra probe harness . what u see in pics is what u get
