Im Sooo Stupid:mad: I went in and got my subs replaced cuz they were acting funny.. Memphis PR-124D subz.

I got the first one in fine..on the second i was on the last screw, and the screwdriver slipped.it made a a lil hole just on the edge:crying: ...Not big,but im scared that it will rip from all the bumpin:uhoh:

>There is still the foam were it was punctured,i was wondering if i just take the sub out..press the foam back against the rest of the Sub and Super Glue it or something just for some support..

Thanks 4 The Support:veryhapp:

Any Help asap would be much appreciated so i can leave this Computer And get to work, that is if my suggestion will work,Thanks:)
Go to any shop they'll have special speaker glue.......

The same glue they fix speakers with.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

that shit must **** dude:( that's one of the main things you have to look for when taking in & out subs...

Once my brother did the same thing to a good pioneer sub and even after the sub was repaired it never sounded the same again:(

By the way... DO NOT use crazy glue that'll only makes it worst once it dries out

Thanks alot,u saved me alot of trouble in the end..I was wondering if the hole will make any differance in SPL Or SQ.. or any differance at all..It is a seal'd Box also.

rubber silicon FTW if its on the surround.

if its on the cone, get some of the material on the bottom of a box spring, and some clear fingernail polish, and put it on it like fiberglass and resin.

be sure you put the silicon on the inside. not b/c of looks, althought it will look better on the inside, but b/c you want the pressure pushing it towards the sorround, not away. if its ported, itll be ok on the outside, but if its sealed, you definately want it on the inside.

Awesome!!Thanks dude...Next time i will be more careful,i was actually rushing when i was installling them..It's alright too becuz i plan on getting Type R 12's in the next few months. But does this problem gonna affect the sub in any way? especially SQ Or SPL.. DO u recommend not pounding them until i get it fixed?

I'd just go ahead and fix it b4 you play them. It will only take a second. I'm actually waiting on putting one of my R 10's back in because it came unglued in one spot where the surround is glued to the basket.
