Small Class D's?

I'm looking at either replacing my single Kicker CVR 10" with a single 10 that can handle considerably more power, or replacing it with a pair of 10's...or 12's. I've got a nice ported box already so it'd be nice to find a 10" that can step up the volume while keeping good quality of sound, just placing it in the existing box...but that's for another discussion - my main issue is that currently i've got a Punch 100 DSM; rated at 1x200watts bridged into 4ohms, i've got it running bridged into a 1 ohm load on my current CVR and it fairly handily pushes it beyond that sub's limits. If the amp can push 200w into 4ohms, i'm sure it's closing on 400-500w at 1ohm. All the same, it gets hot (got a cooling fan blowing across it and my 4150XXK) and i'd like to get more like 800 watts available. Now this is a class A/B amp, and it's nice and small - 11.6" x 9.6". I'd like to find a class D that can push 800-1kw while staying the same size. I could afford to be maybe an inch wider, but not much more than that.

Is there an amp out there that can fit my needs? What would you guys recommend in that range?

mmm. thanks for the input...the alpine looks super small. I like that. Seems a bit expensive though, when compared to the sundown. Double the price expensive, actually. Is it actually worth it? I was under the impression that sundown made good quality equipment from quality components... Thanks for the heads up gearguy. 200$ for a 1kw is pretty **** badass.
