Small 2 or 4 channel

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a physically smaller amplifier, with the largest side being around 12 inches or smaller. Hopefully somewhere around 150w x 2 @ 4ohms. I'm thinking about going with an Audiopipe apsm-4080, but if I can get something for cheaper/help someone get rid of old equipment, I'm all for it!

Will you be using battery power? What I am thinking of is a chip amp that will work off of a 12 volt source. 90% efficiency, a small battery will last about 8 hours. Watts are lower, but using efficient speakers will help. Sq is very high on these amps. What size and weight are you trying to stay under? And for a source are you just wanting to plug I'm your fav. MP3 player?

How much stuff do you already have for this project?

I have an Old school Orion HoTT SetUp 300 2ch, that would sound pretty good.

Add 4 of these IF you can use a big box(i have 2 of these, sweet woofers):

Or, for a smaller box (I haven't used these- but they fit the design.):
