So ... a 3404 will do for the tweeters and frontstage? and leave the backstage off .. since i have a sub in the trunk??

Tweeters ARE part of the frontstage. Comp set = tweets and midbasses. If your deadset on rears then run em off the HU power. Since you didnt already buy an amp, then a 2 channel with adequate power would work fine and easier.

Hey 6spd what would be a decent amount of power in your opinion to run these comps ..?? 100 x 2 @4ohm?? 200 x 2 @ 40hm?

100 X 2 from any reputable amp would be great. Although Id say anything above 65-80 would work as well.
