SLAP Nationals..

i went to Slap Nationals today and seen some pretty LOUD systems.. alot of people were hittinh 170s.... they were using AudioControl db 300....but i also got to hear my 1st ADIRE setup... 1 12 Brahma and adire Kodas... though it was set up for SQ,,, i wasnt to impress w/ the Brahma..though it did have nice tight bass... but just wasnt very loud.. though in this setup, it wasnt suppouse to be) but im sure it does get very loud.... but I was very impress w/ the Kodas...the had a very nice crispy sound w/ nice midbass...

while were on the topic of slap. does ne 1 here know who holds the record for 1 15. the ppl in my local car audio store say they hold the record in slap for a single 15. it was in a ext cab s-10 and they hit somewhere around 155 dB. they seem to know what there talking about and i heard that s-10 and ****,it was loud i just want to know if there full of shit. o ya there shop is called stealth audio.TY

no, i didt get his name.. but he drove a BMW.. and he said that sometimes he gets on Sound Illusions.. but hasnt been on inawhile... i asked him how he knew about Adire.. he said that some of his people tested them and he knew of Scottie J.. but didnt really know.. him.. he also said said something like he was 2nd in points....w. like 140.. and the point leader was like 160... something like that....
