Why doesn't anyone build slanted boxes? Is there a sound diff, or are they just not the move?
I ask because When I get my 18" Treo csx/? reconed, to put it in my trunk I have only 2 options. #1. Port back/sub up or #2. Sub/port back at a slant due to my trunk not being tall enough.
The enclosure would be so wide and deep that I would need all the space I could get to allow for the sound to travel back into the cabin, so I figured a slant would give me enough clearance over the top of the enclosure to allow sound to travel back inside. What do you think? I'm trying to go 6cubes after port/sub, and not have to use aeros. I may just use them and go about 8cubes.
Help me out guys, I really need your input.
Thanks in advance
