F*ck it, we'll do it live
Finally figured out the SU equivalent tools to the CAD program I'm used to, so I modeled up a box for my 18"

Building should hopefully begin Tuesday. I'm probably not going to paint it, thus the design on the double baffle will probably be omitted, but everything else should be the same. The box is 6ft^3 tuned to 34hz with 97sq^2 of port area. Will be housing an HDC3 18 to be broken in on 600w and will eventually be run daily on 2000w.

you should really work on a few things with your drawing...

I appreciate the specificity.

What in particular?
first off, download sketchup 8, second off, add some roundovers, third off, make your woofer cutout more smooth, also, the 2 45s on the right, are useless, there is no need to kerf the inner port, as a kerf does nothing but add looks, and then get rid of the unwanted lines, and axis.

I might DL SU8 later, too lazy atm.

Roundovers will be added in real life, and was a detail I thought inconsequential to the drawing.

The woofer cutout being smooth has literally zero effect on anything.

Even if the 45's on the right are 'useless' in the operation of the box, they help make a stronger joint in the corners.

The inner kerf, necessary or not, can't hurt. Port length is still the same, if anything it will make fabrication slightly more difficult.

I'll be sure to remove those lines ASAP.
