What axles does it have?

after a little research it seems it would be a ford 10.5" or a dana 70 possibly 80. With the front most likely being a 60. You SHOULD be ok but I'd still drive very conservatively, although, I could be way out of line since I've never dealt with anything over 39.5".

Ya I've been told I should be ok. And with 53" tires and thousands of extra lbs of audio I won't be able to drive crazy if I tried lol. More of a weekend warrior when it gets all said and done

Got some work done last night.

Used up all of the 20sqft of Murdermat 87 mil and 90 mil on just 2 doors!!!!! lol These doors are massive compared to any of my recent cars lol.

For one...those tires have no where near 90% left on them. More like 20%.

For two...your chip does nothing for your gear ratios in your diffs. They are mechanical, and must be mechanically changed. Chances are you are gonna need something in the 5.xx range.

If you actually wanted to make it go and show and still get good mileage, drop a cummins diesel in it. Google Fummins swap. It has been done lots.

Cummins swap will prolly run ya about 8-10 grand. Seems like a lot, but when you save $50 a fill.....not to many fills to pay for itself.

Man this build is lookin very sick. Can't wait to see what comes of this, keep updating it if you can. Always loved excursions, I looked at a MINT 05 this summer, all black, 6.0, perfect in and out, they wanted a little too much for it though so i had to let it pass.

As far as gear ratios, I'd look into maybe some 5.38's or something, that trans is going to hate you so much.
