Yes, he did. They both did. That doesn't mean that they were breaking any rules. You can't just go around pretending that something someone says was the opposite. How is that not fraudulent?
I don't need to own a company to understand ethics, but you certainly need to understands ethics to run a company, unless you're fine with having the reputation of a scam artist. You can't put words in other people's mouths and call it fine because you own a company.

No - I completely agree with you. Making his post as simple as "2 voice coil" is not a harmful or positive post - but what he came in and said was not constructive criticism but instead purposefully bashful. If he had constructive criticism or shared an honest opinion that was mature in thought it would clearly be there. He has plenty of other places on the forum I can't edit, but being bashful and not constructive in the "Skar" sub forum is not going to be allowed.
