You're only supposed to moderate posts if they break any rules. Voicing an opinion on a product of yours is not the same as harassing you. You can't call positive reinforcement "useful", and negative thoughts the opposite; and you can't change someone's post to mean something entirely different.

You seemingly don't understand why you were wrong, but if what Bobb said is correct, Goob obviously does. And so do all of the people in this topic confronting you.

Yes, he did. They both did. That doesn't mean that they were breaking any rules. You can't just go around pretending that something someone says was the opposite. How is that not fraudulent?

I don't need to own a company to understand ethics, but you certainly need to understands ethics to run a company, unless you're fine with having the reputation of a scam artist. You can't put words in other people's mouths and call it fine because you own a company.
