Only difference is, you are not going directly to Ford who is undercutting their dealers.

OK OK so its ok for dealers to undercut each other?? No problem there right? Even if this means selling under MAP price which would be against the agreement they have with the manf...

But must dealers do and will.. Not saying they all do but most will if cash is in hand... I have ran aq, dd, DB, Etc and have bought products from all for under MAP price so lets see where there thread is...... AQ is internet based so they are void....

In the end all that matters is the money and thats just a fact....

That may be true, but there is still a difference in my opinion if a dealer offers a better price, as compared to the owner of the company offering it. What is the point of having dealers at all, if the owner is going to undercut them?

I doubt he undercuts his dealers left and right as it seems to be made out to be. Example no DD dealer in my area so I called them up they said sry we are trying to get one near you but until then you can buy direct from us so I did. Come to find out once they did get a dealer in area I paid below what he said he buys them for..... Sooooo... Seems alot more common to me then e1 makes it out to be..

According to WooferWarehouse.com the vvx-10 is $180. Right around the same price as an SA.
