if this shite happened with an individual who was just a guy sellin stuff on the site he would be deemed a scammer by now1) Blaming customers for receiving broken items2) Blaming UPS, FedEx, USPS for damaged products
3) Blaming his QA department for sending out B-stock or worse to customers as "new product"
4) Misinforming customer where the + and - go on their SKARBAGE amps with directions on the pamphlet
5) Changing/editing peoples comments to the exact opposite of what they say for his advantage
6) Being a liar about the "cars he owns"
7) Building crap boxes and selling them to people

I was waiting for this post to help clarify
1. He didn't blame customers unless he got it back and tested that they actually DID cause damage themselves.
2. UPS/FEDEX have damaged DC Subs/Sundown/Etc, it is life. It happens.
3. Shipping of subs was not fully done by Kevin himself until the new warehouse was set up. Since then, to my knowledge none of these issues have occurred. If they have, those customers would be taken care of.
4. No one is stupid enough to confuse the + and - on an amp. The typo will be resolved on future shipments. Factories aren't perfect unfortunately.
5. Kevin edited posts that were posted STRICTLY to talk **** about SKAR and his company. They were not useful OR warranted. Was it wrong to edit them? Yes. It could have been handled a different way.
6. He was a fkn kid for crying out loud, you never hopped in a boat or something as a kid and called it your boat? This was before he was 16.....How mature do you expect a young kid to be? His name should be drug through mud because of this? lol
7. The boxes weren't "crap" They are a solid box for the cost. There was an issue with 1-2 that was actually warranted, and Kevin gladly sent a brand new box to the customer. Other box issues were also remedied with the customers if they had any complaints. Some customers even fixed the small issues themself. End result, the customer was taken care of.
Do I wish things went different in these situations? Yes. But I cannot change the past I can only attempt to make the future better for any of our customers moving forward.
