well i installed a sirius tuner and its still activated...who gets billed for this?

If you bought it used the last contract may not be done yet so it is still running on the last owners dime. They don't always end service on the end date of the contract either. It may run for a while, then you will get a call 800 sirius message on the display with no tunes playing.
