Quick build for a buddy of mine. Single SA8 in ~0.9 cubes net at 29Hz. 45's in all corners as well as roundover for inner port corners. Knocked the entire thing out start to finish in two evenings after work.
This was my first time doing a kerfed port. Turned out pretty good but would have liked the outer curve to be a bit smoother, it was a bit rough where the material is thin, must be an issue with the amount of material left after my cuts. Also didn't pay enough attention to which cuts were taking up the most slack and the curve ended up being a bit off in one direction, had to trim one end and shim the other, not the end of the world.
