why not go smaller...say 3.0-3.5 cubes tuned to 33-35hz?

how much power do you have?

let me know if you want to go sealed...I have a perfect custom 2.78 cu. ft. sealed box for that sub

i was waiting to post this thread too. would u notice the difference if it was tune to 30 hz? i wanna be loud and low, go ported? will be powering it off either rf 800.a2 or rf 1000.a2

i want it to be loud but also sound good.. other wise i would tune it 32hz but on WinISD its about 1db higher at 46hz tuned at 35hz.

and my amp is putting out around 700 rms

it'll be louder tuned high at peak frequencies but miss all the lows so stick to 35Hz. That box is kinda big too, I'd go for 3.5cu.ft. ported.

xtcxyooj if you tune it 30hz it would sound better lower, but it might not get as loud at the peak.

tune it aroud 32hz.
