single or DVC, which one?

I was looking at 2 zapco subs and they look to be the same sub except one is single at 4 ohms and the other is DVC (4ohms each).

What would the reason be to get one over the other? Wiring options???

wiring options. the d4 will get u a 2 ohm final load

I think he said 2 subs, so He could wire it to a final 1 ohm load or 4 ohm, as with the SVC he would be at a final 2 ohm load or 8 ohm. Depends alot on the amp your going to use. If its 1 ohm stable and thats where the power you want to achive is rated, buy the DVC 4 ohm, if its only 2 ohm stable buy the SVC 4 ohm.

i think he means 2 subs..1 is svc4 and 1 is dvc4..which to buy?...

I will be only running 1 sub. I will be using a zapco Reference 750 which is 4ohm stable bridged or 2 ohm stable in stereo.

So a DVC(4ohm) can only be wired for 2 and 8 ohm load, correct??

So when I go and get a new sub I want it to be able to take a 4 ohm load so I can run the zapco bridged, correct? So would I want a single VD sub that is 4 ohms using the 750??
