Looking to compete in Street A and Street Beat 1. Have a 4-door 2003 Blazer. Done a little research, and I think a single 12" DD 2500 and Kicker Zx750.1 is the way I want to go. Space is no objective, I can use the whole back end if needed for a box. Not wanting to do any electrical upgrading as this system will not be played loud daily. Not looking for anything World CHampionship worthy, just looking for a trophy from a few local comps, goal is however, 140dB. Any suggestions on box size/ port size/placement would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks for your time!

my 2512 is for sale! and it did a 138 on music, with car off in my shit box. You could do 140 pretty easy if you build the box right. Mine was 2.5 cubes tuned to 38hz. I'm pretty sure even in my box I could burp a 140, just never tried it.

a nice box , u wana mabe tune on the higher side. alot of people that say hey i want a loud set up and mayb go to a comp here and there. it might b right in your head but if your going for a nice daily set up i would tune lower and call it aday. its cool to have a single sub stage and get loud but you wana do mayb a single 15 and tune to 35 or higher and have about 2000 watts to throw at it then you would have a nice daily set up and somthing u can go to a comp with and get your 40ish number.

these can still get pretty **** low while tuned on the high side. that's one of the things I loved about my DD.. but now it's time for a change.
