i have an '85 s10 that I put 5 1/4 comps in the dash. had to modify the ducts and builds plates, but they are in there (almost, i haven't finished flushing them in, as i have a new car). then I put 6.5s in the doors.

well they make 4'' with 4x6 adapetrs.. jl makes some nice 4'' ones i think im gona go that way if they have enough room to fit... but i also wanted tweeter but they dont make 4'' or 4x6s with trweets like components... then the factory 4x10 are mssing so im just gona get 6x9s in the rear with those little boxes they make for them...

has anyone ever used these? or any other shallow mount subs they offer these in 10's or 12's what shall i do?

Only Power Acoustik equipment I would go with is their amps. Stay away from their subs. Although they get loud, they sound like ***.

What would be your budget? Pioneer has some nice shallow subs.
