Single cab truck advice

Hi everyone, first time poster and I've got a few quick thoughts I'd like some feedback on. So normally I build with the bigger is better mantra because I prefer those deep chest rattling hard to breathe builds, but I'm trying something new

Specs:

1996 single cab Silverado 1500

Build:

American bass TNT 1044 4OHM DVC 600RMS 1200 Peak

Cadence XAM600.1 600RMS 1200 Peak at 2ohm monoblock

8G power and ground

12G speaker wire

So I'm thinking wire the sub to 2ohm and they should be power matched perfectly, should I go a size bigger on speaker or power wire? Thoughts on build? I know I'm going ported but I haven't done my CF measurements yet. Single cab so not a lot of extra room but I think 2-3 cubes is possible.
