Single assassin setup. Need some suggestions!!!

Well i have an 8" assassin lying around that i bought to screw around w but never did cause my cars to big and you couldnt hear it. So im giveing it to my friend along w/ my old hu for a birthday/christmas present. Now for some help, he needs an amp that puts out around 350 watts @ 4 ohm for under like $70, it doesnt have to be great quality but needs to be decent and put out clean power. Next is the box. Right now its in a box built to these specs from ascendat and it gets madnasty loud but the port noise and sq is unbearable for daily use. So i was thinking mabe .6-1 cf tuned to 35 but im not sure. Any help on either of those would be great. Thankss.

thats the cheapest i found, staying away from pyle and legacy

should push the 8 fine, i dont see anything wrong with 1 cu ft tuned to 35 hz in this situation

i had my rf 350s bridged and it was fine..im doing the same for my assassin...

probably not, but i've had two that worked well for my (budget) needs.
