simple T-port calculation

I'm going to try and build get a new box built tomorrow, and since I have nothing to do this friday night, im going to put together some plans for a new box. Heres what I have for the 2000SPL's:

3.5 cu.ft.

34hz tuning

port should be 5" x 13", and about 38" long

But I don't really want to have the subs on one side, with the port on the other. How would I calculate it so that I can have a single port in the middle? I tried searching but didnt really find a result I could use.

You calculate it the same as if the sub was at the end. Are you doing the subs in a common or seperate chamber enclosure?

no, i think he is talking about having a single chamber boc that has one port going down the middle and then t'ing off each direction, hard to explain, but i would like to know as well.
