Put outdoor sealing tape/foam around the front baffle mounting area. Seals very nicely. Baffle is going to be removable, in case it ever breaks or speaker screws eventually strip out.

Why the removable front baffle?

1) If you build it correctly, then it wont "break"

2) if you pre-drill the holes, then they wont "strip out"

looks good for not building in a while i wouldve dubble baffled it though if your doing 2 hdc315 in it they arent the lightest subs in the world.

finally got er fit in the trunk. 7.9 cuft net is pretty good for not having to assemble inside the trunk i guess. Very heavy, was definitely a 2 man job and had to wait for a buddy to stop by. I have the hdc3's hooked up to 1 t1500-1bd @ 2 ohms for break-in period, so they're getting about 500 watts a piece.
