Silver Star Ultras are just one step down from HIDs. I added them in place of my OEM headlights. No regrets in doing so on my part. Next upgrade will be HIDs, you can't believe how much you can see at night without that yellow cloud!

They are nice, but cannot be compared to HID's //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I had ultras in my tC in high and low beam, switched both to HID and will never go back.

Wow there is a big difference. Thanks for the post. 50 bucks and a good improvement. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

hid's are the best, esp. since a kit is now $72 on ebay. i've installed 3 of thsoe kits and they work great.

if you don't want hid's, look for raybrig bulbs or polarg. they're better than silverstars. i've used every type of bulb available and this is what i've found.
